If the company arrives late, then Springfontein reserves the right to cancel the recce. Normal business hours: 07:00 to 19:00 Hours outside of normal business hours are charged at a pro-rata basis. Calculated as 10% of the daily rate. Strict Payment before Service Policy: Payments should be made and the proof of payment (POP) should be sent back for verification before the shoot can commence. • All prices provided by Springfontein are VAT exclusive. • Due to the nature of these services fees become non-refundable within 7 calendar days of the booked shoot dates.
